Grace Dieu XC (hosted by Shepshed).

Races are between 5-6 miles. Terrain varies – trails, woodland paths, grass, mud, hills, bogs, streams ….

Teams consist of 8 men inc. 2 vets (40+) and 4 women inc. 1 vet (40+). Overall team is 7 men inc. 2 vets and 3 women inc. 1 vet.

Off road shoes are advised and you must run in a club top to take part.

Entry is on the day, approx £6 paid to team captains.

A gazebo will be set up for each race, so there will be somewhere to leave your kit

Car sharing is also advised due to parking.
